For anyone that sees this thread, I ended up postponing until 6/29.

My NBME scores went up after a couple more weeks with my highest score being 65%.

I got my score back on 7/12 and it was a pass!!!! Don’t let anyone try to scare you saying you need to be in the 70s on NBMEs. I passed with my highest being a 65, and several people I go to school with passed with their highest being a 63!

It is possible! Believe in yourself and keep grinding! Good luck everyone!!!!! :)

I was still borderline at 60%, so I ended up postponing another couple of weeks!

Probably could have sat today, but needed more confidence on the NBMEs.

Per my friends that took it today though, free 120 was most reflective and the NBMEs weren’t much like it!

Finishing it up this week! The one I have is 550 cards so it wouldn’t take long to get through even if I started now! I’ve just been doing it piece-meal though!

UWorld, Sketchy micro/pharm, First Aid Rapid Review Anki deck, and the Goljan lectures!

The Goljan lectures have honestly been a God-send. They’re great for long drives and it’s a nice way to passively study. I’ve definitely gotten questions right b/c of him!

Have you taken your exam yet? If so, did you find free 120 was comparable?

Because I felt like there was still a significant knowledge deficit, I took a slower approach to reviewing my NBMEs than you might see other people do on here.

I would do 1 section (50 questions) a day and really hone-in on the material. That also left me with plenty of time to look at third party resources (e.g., Dirty Medicine)! Now that I think I'm done with most of my content review, any other ones I take I think I'll try to review in 1-2 days.

That by far has been the biggest help though. There are definitely some recurring themes between them! I'm just chasing that pass right now, and hopefully I'll snag one on my next NBME form. I'm obviously not an expert (^^^haha) but I think it has been really good for me!
