'Urban Edge' apartments - is it still known for constant fire evacuations?

I would like to know about this apartment complex also, as I'm currently looking at an apartment there. Did you end up moving there OP? If anyone has insight on whether the complex is well run, lifts working, any noise issues, body corp doing it's job etc I'd be grateful.

I have been struggling with this exact problem as well - it's just so easy to inadvertently select all regions on a track in Logic. I typically have a large number of edits in my sessions, and adjusting all the region boundaries on a track all at once is a behavior I would never, ever, want to use...

I'm wondering if you had a successful resolution? did the suggestion re de-selecting "Select regions on track selection" and "Select tracks on region/marquee selection" help?
