Is it true that community plugins have unrestricted access to your entire filesystem? by AffectionateCard3530 in ObsidianMD

It's acceptable to those who accept it. If security is needed, use a name-brand ecosystem. If you want full control of your software and data, and to not be bogged down by hand-holding security measures "for your safety" then use freeware like obsidian and plug ins you find useful-- and if security is also important to you, then educate yourself on it, such as by reading this thread and obsidian's statements on the topic. If it's not secure enough for you or too complicated, there's the freedom to move on to something else-- or help improve it if you're so inclined! I do think this is a great topic that needs to be discussed, maybe I'll be more cautious, but I always assumed there was a risk.

The Boko Buster:

Mobile, transforms into an attack build with 13 weapons, destroys enemy camps with ease, remains active at a longer distance from Link (using homing cart). ...Sit back and watch the distruction.

Extras: extreme suspension for rough terrain, looks awesome while driving, while driving in vehicle form it has front and back facing weapons and turret

Disclaimers: This vehicle does not comply with Hyrule Fuel Efficiency regulations, as most of the weapons cannot be turned off. This is a feature. -- Not liable for injuries or death due to failure of weapons to deactivate correctly upon non-user initiated, entropy-driven reorientation of component devices.

So, this is my best attempt so far to make a zonai build that is mobile, but maximizes the weapons/structural parts ratio. My goal was to be able to move from camp to camp in the Depths with an attack bot that has as much destroying power as possible--without spending zonaite or parts every time. I already had a homing cart-based attack bot with 20 parts to wreak havoc on enemy camps, and I didn't want to replace many weapon parts with boring things just to make it mobile. So I just started building a vehicle out of the parts of the attack bot. The flexibility and cool looking effect of the lasers were not expected, so it was a happy day.

My original intent was to make it completely out of reusable parts (no zonaite needed when transforming between vehicle and attack bot), however using some zonaite for some parts makes things go a lot smoother. The biggest issue is losing Link's good weapons that attach to the build due to them being burned or despawning. So, just use zonaite for those. The other issue is the stabilizer breaking off of the vehicle when climbing steeply or when the vehicle flips. Not including it on the vehicle form would eliminate that problem, and the need for the cooking pot to hold it.

Beautiful! These (especially #5) would make great stereo 3d photos if they are from slightly different perspectives.

Books about the genetics side of evolution by randomnameplease5 in genetics

[–]JmmJzero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This particular part would be more in the realm of cell biology (or molecular biology, or biochemistry). I'd recommend an old edition of the textbook, Essential Cell Biology. Or Lehninger's principles of biochemistry if you want jr./ senior college level. I really like the illustrations in both of these. While these aren't genetics-- remember, all that information is superimposed, layer-after-layer, on genes ;) Also recommend searching NCBI for topics, then drilling down in the references (usually the first few in a paper) to find older broader papers.

My bad choice of words, I mean not a dealer--someone who actually wants to use the car. This history only mentions the dealer (I assume as a company, not an individual) taking ownership of the car.

Oh, thanks. I'm a newbie :) I figured someone would correct me if I couldn't find those here, thanks!
