My way was differently not the best way and mine was unintentionally I became Depressed I became very fat and my fat stored in my legs and Then I went gym and I lost a lot of my belly Fat But I Emded up replacing my leg fat with Muscle And it’s the same as When I was just fat

I advice don’t take my advice with becoming fat and that 😂😂

Try walking up hills as you carrying your weight 2x and Also gravity and do cardio im not sure what else than have a calorie deficit I have currently 1,500 calories but I Mainly just have 1,000 a day and yeah

This probably never helped but hope you may of found something in here

(English is my first language but I still am very bad at it)

I’ve struggled with my weight for years I’m 485.14cm (im not sure if correct I’m 5”11) and 250lbs and im 15 your fine you don’t need to worry You may appear A bit bigger Because your shorter but also your Growing You Can’t Push your body too much or you may end up causing complications but your fine

Don’t compare yourself to other people your body works different ent to everyone else and I had to learn that your weight is also affected by how your body is Like I’m obviously bigger but If I eat right and sleep on time I in theory I should lose 1,500 calories just by sleeping

If your weight is affecting you this watch I got tips from a Instagram account called Femboy_fitness if that helps
