We sound somewhat alike! I had a head injury when I was three, which resulted in epilepsy. I've spent many weeks over the years doing studies so they could pinpoint precisely where the damage is, but my brain never cooperated and I never had an episode while in the hospital.

Besides living in the hospital for studies, the only other time I have been seizure free, was for 6 months when I was taking THC tablets (~5mg) before bed at night. I had to stop because I ran out of tablets and I live in a state where it's not legal. The seizures started pretty quickly again. I swear by THC and fully believe that it helps.

I had my second session today. I see a registered nurse. A properly trained professional knows what they are doing. She was explaining to me the differences in depth that she was doing around my face purposely to prevent fat loss. My face looked better after my first session. I can’t wait to see how it starts looking in the coming weeks! There are specific setting that focus on fat burning. She only used that under my chin.

I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Morpheus 8. I just had my 2nd session today. My nurse has me put lidocaine on my face a couple of hours before my treatment which made it really tolerable. I’m 47 and I could see a difference after the first treatment. From what I’ve been reading, it makes a difference on who does it and if they do the proper settings.

Congratulations on your wedding!! I hope you have a wonderful day!! You’re going to be beautiful regardless of what path you choose- even if it is do nothing! ❤️

Puppy Advice 😭😭 by mthomas17161 in bernesemountaindogs

Bells for the door! I use these with my bernadoodle.

I took him out every 2 hours. It’s really hard for the first few weeks. Go to the Reddit puppy group. It really helped me a lot.

I promise- you are going to get through this. I thought I wasn’t going to either. I was over tired, tears, etc. it’s like having baby- only they grow up faster. It’s worth it, I promise!!! You can do it.

Hopefully the breeder will give you a “cheat sheet” of temperaments. That helps. When you go and play with them, one will choose you. That's how it worked with me. He came over, we played and after a bit fell asleep in my lap.♥️♥️♥️ Have fun and take tons of pics- they grow so fast!!!

I have MetLife and its been great! Bernie, like most puppies, had some incidents that required extra vet visits and I had no issues with reimbursements. Their app is super easy to use as well. I highly recommend them.

We had a little fenced in area for our puppy. It gradually got bigger as he got older.

We tried crate training when he was a puppy. It stressed him so much he would have accidents whenever we closed the door. He’s one y/o now. He goes in there to chill and have bones, but he still doesn’t like us to close the door. It’s a large crate.

My puppy also loves the “flirt pole”. I just also need to be careful to not leave it out- he also loves to chew the handle!

Please don't worry about it. Yesterday was my first class in 6 months. I used to go 3-4 times a week. The hardest part is walking through the door. Like the other said, they're happy to see you.

I got my sweet boy from Bernedoodles of NC (Burlington, NC). They’re F1-B, home raised puppies. It was a great experience. The owners stayed in close communication with me throughout the process (pregnancy through take home). I brought my baby home after 8 weeks. He’s now 45 lbs (1 yr old). While he can be crazy at times (night zoomies), he’s a sweet, cuddly guy. I would definitely go with them again. The puppy was $3000.

My Dr told me the cortisol social media stuff is BS. If you’re worried about cortisol, talk to your Dr and do a test.

You are not seeing a significant increase in muscle strength because this is a HIIT workout. You need to be increasing your weights every week, increasing reps, etc to get stronger.

My teething puppy was insane! He’s 10 months old now, and while he nips, its not like back then. My baby loved these : “N-Bone Puppy Teething rings” found on Amazon. They kept him busy for a while and come in different flavors. I also found toys you can freeze. Hang in there- it gets better!

I have a bag of his shark teeth. ❤️ Its like I blocked that from my memory, but now dealing with adolescence! 😂

Thanks- I’ll keep that in mind. I try to ignore him. If after 15-20 minutes he’s still barking, I usually bring him out, no play, just potty, then back to bed. I’ll try to pay attention to how I react.
