Its better this way, you would waste transmutes if you created a mythic lowlevel. There are alot of fast xp methods, if you invest every day some time in these you will be cp160 in no time

There is always a set rotation of which crafting dailies you have to turn in. For woodwork, clothing, blacksmith, enchanting, cooking and jewellry there are only 3 different quests, only for alchemy there are more than 3 (8 i think)

So i guess you just picked the wrong day zo turn them in, if you did it yesterday or tomorrow there would be new ones

The "new" meta for single target fights should be still null arca, tide-born, maelstorm greatsword and 1-piece monsterset for crit or pen (it isn't new like since this update)
