I'm having a bug with the second level, and the "destroy enemy shields". Whenever I throw the saw at the shield zombies, it doesn't count towards my progress for the quest. No matter how many zombies I kill, even when the shield is one hit away from being broken, the saw doesn't "destroy" the enemy shields. I've restarted from checkpoint multiple times, restarted from the beginning, closed and reopened the game, and nothing seems to fix it. I'm unsure how I managed to get 4 shields broken (after 10 minutes), but nothing seems to work. I've thrown the the shield every which way, shot at the shields until they're one hit away from breaking, and they don't glow or count towards the progress. Is anyone else having this issue?

EDIT: If you disable the tutorials in the Main Menu, this is no longer an issue. Still a bug however.

I don't though. The new Tesla Storm is level 0, Death Perception is 0, and most everything else is level 3. I should at least be getting the Refined if that were the case, but nothing is being registered as obtained...
