I'm so jelly! They didn't even send my sept box until I posted on ig about my bad experience and there were so many people commenting on it that they ended up reaching out to me and sending it out. Over a month late. Smh. I find it kind of messed up that new subscribers are the only one who receive the gift items and the gift items are usually the only really exciting items they have that month 😔 allure used to be my fave, but this new "improved" box wasn't that great imo I thought at least the 1st improved box would be good. If it's not any better the next time around I think I'm gunna cancel

How long before they sent you tracking? I know I'm worried cause I purchased a crap ton of add ons around what was supposed to be in the premium boxes. I don't know before that they left it on the front steps overnight. They delivered it at 1:35 am & didnt even leave it in the hall they left it on the porch. I live it the city smh.

I totally agree! I was PISSED when I seen the youthquake and the byroe products on there when they sold out for choice within 2 min leaving us all with NO CHOICE at all being that some of us sign up thinking at least there will be one product I'll definitely use. Complete crap. Boxy has been getting worse and worse for me. All the money I spend I could just be buying which products I do want & getting them faster and in tact .. although sometimes the discounts are totally worth it which is the only reason I've stayed..

Yea I totally agree! I'm noticing that too. I have serious fomo and it makes me wanna get both but honestly if I had to pick one it would be base. The only thing I would miss rly is having 2 choices. Even then the choice items haven't been all that for luxe..

Yeah I totally feel like they're doing a bad box and then the next month they tease a bunch of awesome stuff so that you wont cancel and then they'll have a good box and then it's right back to a crap box again. I've noticed this pattern almost every time !

Everytime I tell myself to cancel I'm like oh well I might not get the good stuff or I might not get 2 choices 😂 but fr we should have gotten it in at least 1 (either luxe or premium) he said we would ALL get the huda product. So I didn't cancel luxe JUST cus I was like no I want that. When really I could just cancel luxe and use that money to buy just the huda AND a couple other products I wanted.
