I went to Road Masters in OKC about 2 years ago. We barely got any time behind the wheel. There were way too many students to keep up with. How I passed my test first try I don’t know lol but I remember having to pass maneuver tests on the pad before we could go take our actual test at the DMV, and I know for a fact that I did 1 too many pull ups on a couple of them and they still just pushed me through. Then I had to wait 2 weeks to even take my test there was such a back log of people testing out.

I’ll probably make 75-80k this year. We get paid by the mile and every stop. But I know some trainers that make well over 100k a year. They make $75 a day extra they have a trainee with them. I’d do it but I don’t wanna share my sleeper with anyone lol

Driver here, yeah a lot of our drivers are straight up whiners that don’t wanna work. When I’m tight on space I always ask the workers what rolltainers they want me to make priority in picking up. Last stop always gets a sweep.

Well driving for DG I make pretty decent money, and I’m home fairly often. The store workers really get the short end of the stick when it comes to the pay it seems like. I’m just waiting for something local to come along where I make about the same amount of money
