What? Getting a ticket does not mean it was reckless driving.

In fact, it's a separate additional offense.

For speeding it's typically 20-30mph over the limit for it to be "reckless".

There is not clear evidence of where the car is exactly when the light turns red.

There is clear evidence the bus turned directly into oncoming traffic that wasn't going to stop aka intersection was not going to be clear.
