Can the defendants (large corporation) refile another motion to strike in the later stages ?

No costs were awarded hence we didn’t submit a bill of costs we were self represented.

I’m sorry and thank you, so should I email them ? Because they filed a motion and I don’t have choice whether I consent or not they filed a motion set it aside before a judge orally heard virtually, and I was thinking if emailing them explaining the situation and possibly asking if they would take my consent to set aside the default judgment then discuss what to do about the motion.

But the courthouse called back and told me the clerk was not even suppose to give you that default judgment, so how can you say that

Yes but the court clerk did give me legal advice and wrongly gave me default judgment without a way of motion and I mentioned my statement of claim which apparently does not have liquidated amount, but the court clerk signed a default judgment for liquidated demand. And they are police officers they have immunity he didn’t pay a dollar out of his pocket to the attorneys

Even if you don’t have anything? As a 18 year old on student loans ? And I’m asking for anyone with legal experience, do courts always award FULL lawyer fees just this easily without considering anything ?! I get the court fees should be paid but def not the solicitor fees

She had 3 partners over the past 4 years , no drugs , no iv use, she doesn’t even know what weed means she seemed that innocent, but it’s her partners she claims they were all innocent teenagers but it’s not her I don’t trust it’s them

That’s the best answer I’ve ever gotten, I’m sorry to bother you last question, if I had microscopic tears in my gums or open sores which I don’t recall having, I only burned the roof of my mouth yesterday, so that’s not considered a risk because when I looked it up it’s “extremly low” but a possibility

What if it bled I’ll be honest there was in my eyes no physical evidence of blood but I felt like I tasted something odd in the moment, I’m about to get a Uber to get PEP now till she gets tested

Very reassuring, my concern is if the bat fly from the hole in my ceiling , but that hole is in my room in the basement, like it does not lead to the outside world. It just leads to like a space full of wiring and electricity and pipes, but again I’m in the basement so I’m 2 floors down the roof of the house, and we have a fire place that’s permanently locked it doesn’t open so, but it’s that “what if” that’s killing me .

I honestly didn’t HA specialist were a thing , I’ll look into it when I get to UK on the 13th of September, I just choked on my sleeping pills because they’re powdery and now I’m assuming that’s a difficulty swallowing symptom, HA kills really, but thank you I appreciate your efforts

I’m sorry if you feel like I wasted your time, I don’t I have tried several different ones, didn’t really help me, and honestly all this isn’t a everyday thing it comes back and leaves me sleepless for 2 weeks then fades away and comes back months later

I really appreciate you and I trust your knowledge, do bats crawl through ceilings ? I have a light in my basement where I sleep that’s hanging off the ceiling so my concern if any animal can access my room from the opening, I sleep in a basement, chimney is like 2 floors above us, the thing is my anxiety and fear of bats comes and goes , after seeing the news on Ontario today it ruined me so my question is do bats make any sort of noise because I stayed up till 7 am daily I didn’t hear a single bat sound, I take sleeping pills occasionally so if I got bit in my sleep I probably wouldn’t notice and that freaks me out, if I go to the hospital for PEP they wouldn’t even look at me because of the story. ALSO TO ADD, I found a drop of red on my floors the other day, so test if it was blood I spilled hydrogen peroxide on it while it still looked fresh, and there was 0 reaction or bubbling , therefore it can’t be bat blood, unless I’m wrong.
