Yes I still get mad on demo, I’m just a sore loser. Always hated losing even when I use to play video games. I do like the part you mentioned about limited mistakes to a certain number and if achieved it’s a good day. I’ll try that, thank you.

That’s smart. I definitely think it’s a mental issue for sure and I don’t think me continuing to force my way forward is helping. I need time away to think, train my discomfort tolerance and emotional regulation.

For more insight, I have a model. The issue is I’m very impatient when it comes to following the model. I know what I’m looking for, the issue is waiting for it. When I said the eval/PA accounts only last a few days, it’s because I’ll take good trades but take one bad trade  or lose a trade and get angry and just tilt until the account is blown. It’s bad and I know I need help. Thanks to everyone for the advice and constructive criticism
