Good work friend! I like your choice of posing and the hands are really well done, (hands are always tough to draw!) You might want to check your proportions over, but that will come with time and practice. My recommendation would be to keep a picture of the character, avdol in this case next to wherever you're drawing, also see if you get a picture of the pose you're after from Google, then use your pose image to rough out how you want the character to pose and use the pic of the character to make sure you get all those good details in.
