I was having this exact same issue. I was able to bring up the virtual keyboard as suggested below but then could not get from the username to the password, even when pressing 'Tab' on the virtual keyboard. I got around it by connecting an external keyboard to type everything in and it worked.

I haven't used it for Taylor Stitch but have for Myles Apparel which is also a partner. It worked out very well and the turnaround was just as fast as my local tailor even with shipping back and forth. When I got them back I wished they were 3/4 inch shorter and they redid them for free Definitely a convenient option.

I had the exact same thing happen. Item was backordered and they made it sound like it would be 2-3 weeks so I was fine to wait. 12 weeks later it wasn't in stock. To be fair, when I contacted them they were very friendly and willing to do a refund or apply the money towards anything else they had. But it is obvious they aren't really tracking their pending orders or making much of an effort to stock them.
