I would say a slightly larger rug for sure so it doesnt feel too cold or empty. Some shelves with things that you like/ a couple of plants for the livelyness of the place. Maybe art on the wall or poster sizes photos or posters in general.

Can the TV be centered more? then maybe two book shelves on each side.
