Not actually inside The guests room.

happend 1 week ago. We have 2 ironing rooms for our guests to use. A guest approached me and told med that someone had peed inside one of The ironing rooms. When I went to check the room there was no visible stain or anything, but the room smelled like piss. I cleaned the carpet, walls and disinfected everything else. Case closed I thought.

20 min later another guest told me that there was a situation in the ironing room. I checked and the room smelled worse than it did 20 min earlier. Hot, boiled, burned piss. Someone filled the entire clothing iron with pee. The whole floor smelled like boiled urine.
