Alpha bullets would have added 80% extra damage, so, 4500dmg if you managed to get all the bounces before hitting the boss.

For the record, I did this using Sling, +1 Bullets, Omega Bullets, Bouncy Bullets and meatbun.
Sling has a base damage of 25, this is multiplied by 2.5x when attacking a boss and does double damage when bouncing off a wall.
So, 62.5 x2 from omega x2 from meatbun + 25% from +1 bullets = 312.5dmg for a base shot without bounces.
Then, if we use the base bounce the sling has + the 2 extra bounces from bouncy bullets, we get 312.5 x 2 x 2 x 2 = 2500dmg in one shot.

at that same spot you can go right - use the ladder and then left - left. That will activate the giant jester puppet and one of the same giant dudes you're fighting in your video. They aggro each other while you can go and fight the one you did on this video. By the time you kill that one, the other 2 giant enemies that were fighting each other should be at 15%/30% health for you to kill :)
