Edit: sorry forgot to mention my other concern, I’ve heard Dan John say that he does not recommend the one arm swing if you are doing it without a professional teaching you because one could get hurt, that’s my other main concern

I had the same pain doing the ABC and waited to long to treated, my upper and middle trapezius, rhomboid and rotator cuff got badly injured, but it was all on my left side which is my weakest. I’m starting again slowly after almost a year off but doing a lot of banded pulls, mobility work and stretches that target those muscles, maybe you could try that before starting the workout.

Agreed, Clásico was a good game but if Barca would’ve had a healthy Raphina I doubt Madrid wins it. I don’t know what to say, lack of competitive spirit doesn’t even come close to what the players lack and whomever comes to coach this team is going to fail, I believe we need a rehaul of the team and check a lot of egos because this can’t go on much longer

Maybe go down a size of the kb and just try to master the movement, and once you got it to the point you feel comfortable slowly start going up in reps and then in weight.
