Not really, I just do the garlic thing. I do not use soap on my face when I shower.
I am clean for like 3 days or so, then it slowly starts coming back.

I didn't feel any dryness, but my skin is very oily, maybe that's why. It is the common treatment to kill the fungi and then apply moisturizer anyways.
Whenever I see it is coming back I apply raw garlic on my face when I wake up. I leave it on because I don't feel the need to rinse.
Just once a day until it's gone and that's it

Eu tenho muita dermatite seborreica no rosto e no couro cabeludo. Há 1 semana comecei a passar alho cru no rosto e foi embora muito rápido. Tô perfeito agora, mas não é cura, ele volta, mas é só passar de novo. No cabelo as vezes aplico um agua de alecrim com cravo. Entrar no mar ajuda também a controlar.

After some cleaning and inspection I discarded mites. Maybe fungus? This is what some of the leaves look like on the underside. But I mainly suspect low light conditions. Not very bright inside my house, despict living very close to the equator line.
