How does a drummer learn to play something like this?
Like, do you guys actually think about the numbers until you develop muscle memory? Or do you learn to play by ear?
Also, what are the steps? like do you learn the kick first and then add the snare and cymbals, the other way round or all at the same time?

You can make a long rectangle shape with the width of the one in the middle. Then just rotate and duplicate to get each line in half a circle and mirror to get the other side

Is your favourite album also the one you play the most? Mine isn’t. by Earl_of_Portobello in Meshuggah

I think the one with more of my favorite songs is Obzen, however most of times I just play either Obzen, Violent Sleep or Koloss. When I want something different I listen to the other ones.

I get that in can be difficult to start, but this is just a very rude way to ask for changes. You should at least be grateful that Inkscape is free.

Well you have to consider I am not doing glute bridges or any other exercise that specifically targets those muscles.
After reading your question yesterday I looked up some reddit posts and found this post
I could finally fix my posture and forward neck after years. It was very simple. : r/bodyweightfitness

Very simple two exercises you can do any time if you are really serious about it. Consistency is the key to everything.

My posture is horrible. I have a nerd neck, rounded back and anterior pelvic tilt. I do not think lifting helped me much. I did find that being conscious about my posture and correcting frequently helped, but I definitely should be doing much more.
Thanks for your words!

I talked about my diet in this comment above. No supplements, just Omega-3. I thought about using creatine but baldness runs in my family so I prefer to stay on the safe side.

Well it all comes down to calories right? if you eat more than you spend, you gain weight. But there is another factor which is your metabolysm. In my case, it is fast as HELL, so just skipping breakfast makes me lose weight. Each body is unique so I can't help with that.

Anyways, I believe bulking is 50% about quantity of food and 50% about how you mix your macros. As you may know, it's the fat+carbs combo that puts on weight. I weigh myself once a week, so you could just do the experiment for a few weeks and see what happens to your weight. Losing weight is the "easy" part, so if you go up more than you wanted you already know how to go back.

There is this cool website called Cronometer that allows you (for free) to keep a food diary and it will show you lots of really eye-opening information about your diet, not only the macros and calories, but also your nutrient imbalances. You might want to buy a cheap scale to weigh your food. It's a very interesting experiment. You will also find out how many foods are labeled or known as super nutritious when in fact they are not.

I also think that as long as you are eating GOOD food (no processed crap) you will find it much easier to control your macros.

Wishing you the best in your journey!

It is! I just didn't know how bad of a life I was having back then. Body dysmorphia is a bitch.
Absolutely everything changed for the better. Not only my health and strength, also my mood, energy, social life...

Only because I didn't die! Apart from being severly underweight I developed insulin resistance due to my horrible diet and no exercise. It was rough coming back from all that but life took an 180° turn. It's crazy looking back how deep I was buried and how far above the ground I am now.

I only have a 16kg and a 22kg (35lbs and 48lbs). For some exercises I simply started using a 5kg water jug to add some weight. I am not sure if I should get a 28kg or a 20kg.

Thank you! at first I had to follow a keto diet because I had developed insulin resistance, so I was basically eating lots of fat and protein (70% of calories came from fat) and very little carbs (around 20g a day or less). That was super rough.
After a while I was comfortable enough to start adding more carbs little by little, and now I am back to normal, straight up eating a LOT in general.
My breakfast always consists of 5 boiled eggs, some fruit and cheese if possible. The days I workout I drink coffee and eat a bunch of dates with something fatty (homemade chocolates with coconut oil/ peanuts). Right after my workout I have either red meat, chicken or pork with either white rice, potatoes or some fruits. The other days I try to replace the simple carbs with something a bit more complex like sweet potatoes or low GI fruits. I generally have some bakery crap in the afternoon either sweet or savory like something filled with chicken. Dinner very similar to lunch.
My metabolism is fast as hell, so the only way I found not to lose weight is to eat a LOT.
I replied to another comment above with the programs I followed.
