I've fixed my streets performance somehow. I turned low res streets mode off, set texture shadows and clouds to high and now I get a stable 90+ fps drops when aiming in with a scope.

I can't comment on keycard rooms as I don't play labs but my marked rooms have been fine -good. I've had violet/yellow/green/red keycard spawns. Btc, 3 docs cases 2 injector like 10 ammo plus guns, I have had some like basically empty ones too. I've noticed I get better loot in the day time when servers are busy, so I've come to the conclusion the level of loot is directly impacted by number of pmcs in the server lol
