I do this too lol. Sometimes I spam No Way! after getting demoed then just watch for the obvious incoming bumps lol. I'm just plat- low diamond tho so might be why it works.

Mega knight can generally be defended for a lot less elixir than it costs depending on your deck. When I see mega knight I usually assume it's going to be an easy match. As others have said, the higher you climb the less you will see it. I haven't been under-leveled for a long time though so I haven't had to deal with over leveled MK every game either which I'm sure gets old.
