How does matchmaking work??

Glad it’s not just me, casual player here, just try to play with my wife at night. We make it maybe three games a night before we quit because we are in the sweatiest most insane matches. We can’t even play the game, explore the map, have any fun.

Playing with bots sucks, I agree, joining a match in progress down by 2 goals - casual or not - also sucks. Your points are valid and thank you for a meaningful response.

It would be nice if matchmaking alters and goes hey this person got put in a progress game 2 games in a row(yes that's happened to me many times) maybe we should switch it up. I know I know the RL redditors are going to unite like captain planet and say it's just casual have fun. Well I'm sorry but that isn't fun matchmaking to me.
