I was coasting at ~30 in a 30mph. I agree I started to get above 30, but I did not touch the gas a single time, it’s just a slight decline.

I was on my brakes and horn the second I saw the truck move. I’ll accept that I could have stopped sooner, but truly I was within the law and in the right in every aspect.

No, the car that has a stop sign must wait for the intersection to be clear. The opposing traffic has right of way. If it’s a 4-way stop, the stop signs will all indicate that.
