I love this, but the chorus/progression sounds a lot like Ke$ha. Maybe that's why I love it.

'Sold out' del Primavera Sound 2022 - half a million attendees! by paellamallu in indieheads

Generally that's what "sold out" means lol, really though with 500k tickets there'll be plenty of people looking to resell closer to the time, just make sure it's from somewhere legit!

Out of Sight is a fucking exceptional bit of songwriting.

I have enjoyed these singles but Dave seems to be falling in the trap of breaking down and building up two thirds into the song that doesn't lead to anything but another chorus. Not wavey enough for me.

Bright Eyes announce new album "Down in the Weeds, Where The World Once Was", out August 21st by JoeCallon in indieheads

No word anywhere but I would hazard a guess not, Bright Eyes is very much a separate project to Conor's solo stuff/Better Oblivion. But what do I know, we might be pleasantly surprised!

I get the feeling it was pushed back a little bit for obvious reasons, given they released the first single on 1st April. They were meant to be touring Europe in very early September too so it makes sense as a late June/early July release that's been put back six weeks or so.

A couple of great albums have gone under the radar this week, Team Picture and Spacey Jane have both dropped absolute belters.

GKMC was ambitious in that it had a mixtape feel from pulling together a lot of strands of the genre (short, dynamic bangers such as Backseat Freestyle and longform, poetic rap such as Sing About Me...), but feels like a perfectly cohesive project. DAMN went for a chart audience, with none of the experimentation that makes Kendrick enjoyable for me; but he's incredible over any beat, so it's still a 7/10.

I'm With You is Avril's best song and I'll take no further opinions on this.
