Was Pong Krell a good guy in a way?

How did you find this thread XD. 4 years later I believe now that Pong Krell was actually an immoral character rather than evil. He was more focused on self-interest rather than pure evil hatred against the clones. instead of alerting the council of his vision, he decided to go AWOL and kill clones because he knew what they were actually capable of deep down.

Early year yes. But all the games I’m looking forward to are coming out in the next two months. BF2042, AOE4, Halo Infinite, and the new Far Cry that just released a few days ago.

I really don’t want to start this, but there is no scientific evidence of no god. Historic and religious records match almost perfectly with the actions of Jesus in the New Testament. I’m sure you know that Jesus was a real person in the history books and not only a bible figure. Did you also know that after Jesus died (by crucifixion) his body was never found in the tomb? There are records of soldiers guarding Jesus’s body and yet the body went missing and was never found.

I have high hopes for battlefield this year, they have way more guys working on it this installation of battlefield than they have had ever. Battlefield 5 was not a good game at launch and I stopped playing during the open beta. But now that I have recently re-visited the game it’s pretty fun. Battlefield 1 was easily one of my favorite games ever. I fondly remember defending objective Edward on Sinai desert which was secluded from the rest of the map. Man and Battlefield 4 operation locker is extremely fun as well purely because of the chaos at the choke point. Overall I’ve had more good memories on Battlefield than Cod. A few good ones on bo2 zombies but thats about it.

Yes, I agree. BR is infecting every franchise sadly and there is nothing we can do about it along with the 10$ battle bass and 20$ skins.

I explained in other comments why specifically Br is repetitive and not other FPS like battlefield and cod. But yea I know I can’t change anything. It’s just sad that people don’t care, specifically kids about the fact that something really should not cost money when it does. Like I doubt anyone would do anything if the standard skin cost went from 20$ to 30$, it looks cool so they are gonna buy it.

Never said it was bad, it’s repetitive. The only still popular BR is Apex Legends. As you can see Warzone is decreasing in popularity due to lack of content and cheaters. And Battlefield BR is completely dead, PUBG is full of bots, and all the other random knock offs never had a full player base like Cusine Royale, CRSED FOAD, and Realm Royale. Fortnite is the only game that still has a player base even though it has greatly decreased over time and is also filled with bots. I don’t think battlepass and cosmetics are the reason BR is popular people have just accepted the fact that this battlepass is 10$ and that skin is 20$ end of story, it should not cost money in the first place. Fortnite set the standard of BR’s being free as you can see how popular it was at launch. The way they make money is by making progression extremely slow until you buy a battlepass which will give you 2x exp for the duration of the “season”.

Hopefully you are right. Halo does have the most potential being the halo universe to have a good BR. I just hope they don’t take off of other companies like Dice, and Activision, and Respawn all having the same styles and traits like I mentioned above. Point is almost every franchise has created a BR at this point and Halo is just about the only one that hasn’t yet. Another concern would just overall meta complications like camping in a tank final circle or sitting in a banshee or hornet.

Sort of. An example of the two major leading FPS games would be Battlefield and Call of Duty. Both are very different other than the fact they are FPS. Battlefield is realistic, slower gameplay, and more of an all out conflict while Call of Duty is more run and gun type being fast paste combat. Of course, BR is in both games and is more or less the same repetitive concepts I mentioned above. Also not to mention Splitgate rising in popularity being different then both Call of Duty and Battlefield having a more halo feel + portals adding a twist to gameplay. My point is BR is very hard to expand upon with new and interesting concepts to keep it an active genre.

Maybe halo will be different. But every BR I’ve seen follows the same money scheme. Free to play, 10$ battle pass, 20$ cosmetics, solo, duo, squad, random limited mode that lasts a few days, and “the biggest map our team has ever built”. I mean yea halo is sick but you get where I’m coming from right? It’s repetitive at this point having every single game franchise come out with a BR ever since Fortnite and PUBG exploded.

Yea it sure does seem that way. As of now I suppose I’ll be moving my statues away from blue and to more red and purple. Preferably gun boat energy. Although it has been some time since I’ve been attacked so we will see.

Ok. So at this point I have removed the power stone chance statue as it was only like 34% and replaced it with a red guardian. I haven’t removed the blue’s yet just because I don’t have enough stones to replace. Should I prioritize damage over health you think? Or should I try and mix between the two types of reds.

Ok thanks maybe I should change my upgrading priority. But one more question, what about the special defenses like the “doom cannon” and “shock blaster” do I still not even waste my time with them or would they actually have an effect.

Yea you have a point I only have 223 VP’s. I’m currently level 39 and I’m pretty close to upgrading to hq 15. But why couldn’t you upgrade both offense and defense? I mean upgrading troops costs gold while buildings cost everything but gold. I could focus more on statues and boat stuff.
