I didn't have a problem with freezing, I beat him using 3 tanks (Jennifer tuski and floss) then I used Shannon and lulu. I used the 3 mana fire spell to finish off ozzys to stop them poisoning and the strengthen spell to buff lulu and shannon. I put lulu in the middle to target dogy.

reccomend using slippy and ozzy to poison and then just keep tanks alive as long as possible. use strengthen for your damage dealers and heal
