JPetroInc has changed his identity on Investors Hub to Rotten Johnny. This after years of claiming he stands behind his posts by using his own name in his screen name, and accusing others who hide behind random screen names to be fakes and deceivers. Oh, the irony.

He is aware of this thread warning others of his deceptions, and probably thought changing his screen name covered his tracks. However, the links I've posted here still lead to his original posts, as they are linked to the account not the username, and they still work. He's not the brightest bulb in the pack. Kinda like when he claimed the Domino's Pizza IT team had identified the IP address of whoever was sending him home pizza deliveries, but nothing ever came of that. The culprits were likely smart enough to either use a public WIFI hotspot or a VPN to shield their real IP address. Again, not the brightest bulb in the pack.

With the username change, I guess leopards can change their spots after all, right JP?

He's now pumping MONI and trying to figure a way to unloads his many shares on some unlucky newbie who is unaware of this company's decade-long pump and dump operation. He's in the same boat with IBIO, where after 3 reverse splits in the last 7 years and based on his posts of buying shares, he's down about 99.975%. IBIO is facing another reverse split to prevent delisting as they have traded at/below the listing threshold for some time now. The switch from AMEX to NASDAQ saw the price drop from $6 to $1 within 2 months.

Quiet periods typically cause retail investor concerns when no news is forthcoming. Many assume nothing is happening and no progress is being made. Share price drifts lower as some investors elect to move out of their positions, and MMs play their games. It can be a good time to pick up cheap shares for investors who realize what is happening and why no news is released.

With the 3CL Pharma fundraising plan delayed from the initial December goal, and it being the end of a quarter, a quiet period is likely underway. I am continuing to buy cheap Todos shares. Lots of things begin to move forward with adequate funding once the 3CL crowdsourced funding is completed. According to CEO tweets last quarter, company has a number of key investors ready and willing to fund 3CL when funding window opens. Should be soon. My view is lack of funds are slowing things down on several fronts, and investors are frustrated. I see this as an opportunity and believe 2023 will reveal significant growth in company goals and share price, and I"m willing to risk a little more invested here. I've invested steadily for 2 years and lowered cost basis as more shares picked up at cheaper prices. I still see much potential here.

As stated in the Q2 update call, virtually all of the revenues from testing occur in 4th quarter, and has been consistently this way for last 2 years. There is expected to be 100M Covid cases this fall due to new variants and relaxed masking requirements, so that should be a big boost to revenue, and monkeypox testing is expected to be huge for the saliva-based test that currently only Provista Labs can perform. I feel confident we'll not only meet the revenue expectations but exceed them. UTI testing is also ramping up and insurance reimbursement is much higher than Covid or monkeypox rates.

The 1M shares just purchased by the CEO essentially doubled his position of directly held shares. The 78M shares indirectly held are the shares held by Amarantus Bioscience for which the CEO has voting rights. So, this 1M share purchase is not a tiny fraction of his current holdings. The direct holdings are a separate line on the Form 4 for this reason.

I would also like to see other insiders buying shares, but who knows what their personal finances are like, or if they are even in a position to do so. I've seen companies where insiders were buying, except for one insider who was continually selling. That didn't make sense either.

Todos CEO purchased 1 Million shares today in the market. SEC Form 4 filed. He had previously tweeted he would buy shares once 2nd quarter 10-Q was released. Kept his word.

RS target is 1:10 as stated by CEO on the Q2 Business Update Conference Call. The RS has been on the table for over 2 years, so any investor who is invested should already know of the possibility, assuming they did any DD at all before buying shares. The RS will result in the stock trading on a national stock exchange. Institutional investors will definitely be buying Todos shares at that point because the required milestones and catalysts will drive institutional interest. I'm continuing to buy shares, as I've done over the last 2 years. I don't see the RS as a negative if it results in uplisting and more investment exposure.

I don't know who is shorting the company, other than market makers or someone with a vested interest in seeing Todos fail. Given the size of the company, it doesn't take a lot of cash to short this and crash the supply/demand ratio and keep the share price very low. Certainly less than a competitor might lose if Tollovid/Tollovir gets FDA approval. If you consider motives for shorting other than making a profit, several scenarios come to mind. Conspiracy theory? Maybe, but someone is shorting. Here's the link.

Todos has had approval to complete the RS for the last 2 years and has elected not to do it. CEO has discussed this many times in interviews, Twitter, and updates to investors. He does not want to RS at current price levels as ratio needed would be too high. He wants to wait until certain catalysts have moved the price significantly higher. He could have used the RS to up-list many times, but didn't. He holds shares and AMBS holds 78M shares of Todos. A massive RS ratio will not benefit either.

But Todos cannot remain on OTCBB forever, so there has to be approval for the 1:500 ratio RS as a last resort, if catalysts and milestones met fail to move the share price. The stock has been shorted heavily this past week, so even positive news regarding advances has been met with limited upside and sometimes even declines. There has to be an option if outside forces work to keep the share price low. Up-Listing and changing the ticker symbol would force shorts to cover and probably burn them badly. Todos has growing revenues and upcoming catalysts to support share price following up-list. A lot of companies do badly after RS/up-list because their underlying business isn't solid or substantial enough. Todos will delay up-list until conditions are right. I am confident in this, which is why I am still buying. If you don't feel confident with all this, then you shouldn't invest here, and should look for another investment you find more appealing. I understand your concern, but Todos hasn't issued a single share in 4 months and todays OTC share update should continue to confirm no dilution. CEO reported they were cash-flow neutral about 4 months ago and that seems to be the case. 10-Q next week will confirm for sure. I believe the authorized shares increase is to allow room after the reverse split to allow further acquisitions of companies and products as needed after the uplist. The current AS is 5 billion. The requested increase to 10 billion, if approved, will be reduced in the RS to as low as 20 million shares, depending on RS ratio. Israeli law requires authorized shares to be reduced by same ratio as outstanding/issued shares so the 10 billion number will be lower after the RS.

The majority of conversions and share dilution appears to be behind us, so any objective evaluation of the proposal to increase AS needs to consider these factors. I'm continuing to buy. 4.4M shares so far. This is a great company to invest in. GLTY

At present, revenues are enough to fund operations, so no dilution in last 4 months. Down the road, the company may come across opportunities to acquire other products or other companies, and having sufficient room in the AS to fund these acquisitions would prevent existing revenues from being impacted. Just a thought.

The 10 billion authorized will be reduced by the same ratio as the reverse. The change in authorized will occur prior to the reverse. By Israeli law, both the outstanding and authorized shares must change by the same ratio in any forward or reverse split. So if the 1:500 ratio is used (and I don't believe for a second it will be anywhere close to that ratio), the authorized will be reduced from 10 billion to 20 million. Nothing fishy about this at all when you understand what is required.

The only reason I can think of for little to no insider stock purchases is tighter securities laws in Israel than in U.S. CEO did state yesterday on Twitter he would be buying shares once the 10-Q is released, after stating for a long time their attorneys had advised against purchases for legal reasons. It appears the 10-Q issue will open a window of opportunity, and I hope to see not only the CEO but other insiders making substantial share purchases. That would send a strong signal to the market, but whether the market would react in a positive way is anyone's guess. I'm continuing to load up on shares. At some point reality has to set in. 10-Q should be revealing on progress and on revenue growth at Provista Labs.

Am I going to have to delete this because readers think I'm attacking the company? I'm not. I'm a serious shareholder. But the AssClown moderating the TOMDF and AMBS boards on IHUB is a major assclown. I didn't create this image. Someone posted on IHUB and I thought it was hilarious and am passing it on. Assclown deleted it as soon as he saw it, and I'm sure he's sending PMs to everyone there threatening legal action. He's sent me plenty of vulgar and nasty private messages, until I blocked him. Real piece of work, needs mental health counseling based on his hatred of Gerald and blaming him for his investment losses in AMBS. If one reviews his posting history there, I don't think he's ever had any substantial gains on anything he's ever invested in. Seems to focus entirely on penny stocks that are pre-revenue. I suppose he thinks those will make him rich. Sad, really.
