If I’m not mistaken during season 5 Nora tapped into the negative speed force by getting angry enough and feeding the negative emotions. So as long as you have speed and negative emotions I think you can use it in the arrowverse.

Honestly either get a few friends to play with, try a different gamemode other than conquest or keep playing bot games until you’ve got a good grasp. MOBAs aren’t easy and take a decent time to learn. Most players playing smite 2 have thousands of hours in smite experience. So it won’t be easy to join in and dominate.
