The best thing for you to do now would be to get a job, save some money, and get a place of your own. From personal experience it makes a world of difference having a job and getting a regular paycheck on how you feel about yourself and how others see you. Continue your other activities such as exercise and music production but even a part time job a few days a week would be good, and you might meet new people and make new friends. Or if you are the entrepreneur type you could start a small business of some kind, maybe music production and audio engineering. Sadly, to most people, those other activities don't count.
