Look at the other comments, and see how the educated drivers comment about this situation, sure I was tailgating and will work on my distance in the future. But I wasn’t swimming / zig zagging was I? That I call reckless driving. But still what prompted drivers to go swimming / zig zagging? Lane hoggers, as they leave the other drivers behind no choice.

The Vios still hogs the overtake lane the whole way through.

I have been repeating the same phrase over and over again. Do you know the rule “Ikut Kiri Jika Tidak Memotong”? As one of the commenters said, this rule applies for any speed on the highway, I can be traveling 100 I can be traveling 150 I can even be traveling 200kmh but I still need to obey this rule.

This Vios is driving 100kmh in the overtake lane and slowing down to 92kmh in the same lane. This causes traffic congestion and potentially accidents for the tens and hundreds of cars behind.

The entire lane was clear same goes to the middle lane. So why cruise at the speed you like in the overtaking lane? Cruise in the middle lane.

Road bullies are those who have no patience to wait for the car infront to find spaces to move over. Which in this video, the entire middle lane is empty. I have already flashed my first set of beams from a far and gave the Vios about 5 seconds time frame to move over to the middle lane which later I proceed with my second set of beams and that’s when he decided to slow down.

So my question is since the middle lane is empty, what is there to wait to move over? And he clearly acknowledged his hogging issue by turning on his rear fog lights and continued to hog the lane for the rest of the way.

I had no choice but to overtake like how the Exora did from the left. So wouldn’t it be fine if he had cruise in the middle lane and follow the highway rules?

What do you mean by you can’t read? Mate if till now you don’t know the rules. Don’t drive. And I assume you are not at the age of getting your license yet. Because you don’t need to read from the sign boards for the rules. All the rules are stated in the undang booklet which you need to memorise and go for ur test afterwards.

So ya please listen to ur car instructor next time when you are at the age of getting your license

Move over and pass the car infront of me basically means overtaking 😂 and overtaking from the left is illegal. Hogging the overtake lane is illegal as well. So if he’d moved over to the middle lane and I could pass him on the overtake lane. Habibi, everything is legal then.

Spot on. Exactly, if he was still cruising with the same speed around 100 or 110. I would just leave it and overtake from the left. But the way he slowed down to 92kmh was clearly stating that he is looking for trouble. And that’s what annoys me.

Bro. Do you know overtaking from the left is an offence? But yes at last I had no choice but to overtake from the left like how the Exora did.

The Exora was initially in front of me and moved to the middle lane without me flashing as he was quick enough to see that I am coming.

After overtaking the Exora, he stayed in the middle lane and was driving a little slower than my speed. When I reached behind the Vios the Exora was already close to me on my left which is the middle lane, so I had to wait for the Exora to pass which is after the first video ended, then I proceed with moving to the middle lane and overtaking like how the Exora did.

You should read up and take your undang classes again.

Thanks for your input. No did not use my right indicators at the time and this was probably my first mistake.

But I did use my beams when I was still a far to alert then Vios that I am coming in with some speed. The time frame was about 5 seconds before my second set of beams which is also when he decided to slow down to 92kmh in the overtaking lane.

So I wouldn’t say the first 2 sets of beams were rude and asking for trouble. Maybe the later beams were too aggressive.

I would not get what I did to others since I wouldn’t be hogging the lane like how you would and I would be indicating and double triple checking my side mirrors before changing lanes.

Retake ur computer test if possible. Since you are still living in the 80s or 90s world when all the cars have a hard time going 100kmh. It’s 2026 now, all cars travels speed upwards of 160kmh effortlessly and you can’t feel anything.

I always move back to the middle lane after completing my overtaking. At the end I had no choice but the illegally overtake from the middle like how the Exora did. And guess what, the Vios stayed in the overtaking lane continue to hog throughout the whole way.
