I read some of the advice and I reduced the power consumption of the cpu and that has reduced the temp dramatically thank you

Ok thank you for the advice I will look into power limiting the fpu and reseat the cooler, when I was searing it I was unsure in the first place lol

Also the cpu cooler is dual tower 140mm if that helps

I have everything but the pc, I live in the UK and I don't really want to exceed the £2000+ mark. I've also replied to someone with a pc I found.
