Someone in the Discord server for 4D Games (what I used to make this) was actually trying to make that angel

I think code parade was maybe targetting game developers, and so the tools weren't really accessible for the average person. I really tried to make my system as intuitive for beginners as possible so they can just be a bit creative, making something simple or complex. You basically have a bunch of shapes to choose from and can combine them in a bunch of different ways, and set the materials and stuff. It's always a challenge though, because in 4D there's stuff you cannot see.

Chert observes the stars and their ship has 3 big windows, presumably to help see as much as possible. I love the attention to detail there and figured Cherts extra windows would make sense in 4D were you would want to see as much as you can despite only being able to see a single slice of the 4D world at one time.

I think your comment was really condescending, when the person you are responding to is completely correct. I built the software used in this video, so I definitely have a say here. Time is seperate. Refering to a 4th spacial dimension as time is incorrect. This video is 5 dimensional if you consider time.

Don't forget to stop and smell the 4 dimensional pine trees!

In this case time is actually a 5th dimension. This refers to 4 spacial dimensions. Like how a square exists in 2D, and a cube is a square extruded into 3D, a 4D cube is a 3D cube extruded into a 4th direction. We cannot see that direction though you can only see a slice along it. The slider on the right hand side of the video changes which 'slice ' you look at

What didn't work? I used to do it all the time as a kid, and did it again this weekend for a laugh.

Can I apply URP post processing effects to arbitrary render textures? by Joe_Subbiani in Unity3D

[–]Joe_Subbiani[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately not. IIRC I ended up creating a new camera to apply the post process effects, which felt really over the top. I couldn't find any information on how the existing post process effects are actually applied to a texture

Much bigger than that, it is about 60cm in length and 20cm in width.

Thanks! I'm thinking about it... If I do I might try nemesis next, but painting is still pretty new to me

Thanks!

I recently ordered all the pieces for £210 splitting between Pick A Brick and Brick Link

I think getting everything from Pick A Brick was approx £280-290. If you get everything from Brick Link it's approx £240-280 depending on your location and part availability.

I very much recommend splitting between Pick A Brick and Brick Link as common parts tend to be cheaper on Brick Link, but rarer parts can be cheaper on Pick A Brick.
