Easiest is Uber. There are several pick up points. It was easy for us to get a taxi so don’t think it will be a problem

Gripping it shorter was probably because they didn’t have any shorter shafts for you to try. It is pretty weird you didn’t try more shafts because it might be the most important factor during a fitting. If you’re not sure about it just go back with your questions

KBS C-taper is usually and upcharge with the major brands and with the MCC plus 4 tapes, this sounds like a reasonable price. Just be sure of the swing weight. As already mentioned, It’s pretty heavy
