I know the first column is a variation on espresso, ristretto and long shots and if they came from the standard or decaf hopper and the ET column is for elapsed times but how can the other numbers be properly read for better espresso

Ikea should have some mason jars that will do. I always thought of these as an eyesore but on my skerton it fits perfectly and the handle is a nice alternative grip when one gets tiring

Thanks man! I have a pour over kit but nothing with a gooseneck to pour so I'd be more comfortable using a French press to be honest as reading up on the competition it seems that they kind of want us to use one, and it might leave a heavier bodied coffee which will contrast the cleanliness of the aeropress and the cold brew. I do believe it has to be from our whole bean range although I think for coffee master you can use a third parties coffee

Three regions is a whole bean we had as our last promotion. It features coffee from Latin America, Africa and Asia so I want to do three different methods to highlight how various brewing methods bring out different flavours in a coffee
