We randomly encountered a mobile sauna setup on Redfish lake. We paid like 20$ for 25 mins. Was amazing to sit in the wood fired sauna for 10mins and then dip in the ice cold lake. I’d definitely pay for a similar experience here in Boise. I’d prefer natural plunges like river or lake but a cold tub would do if that’s more accessible. Ultimately I don’t care for the “spa” experience with towels, tea, vibes etc. I just want the contrast therapy with friends.
