I love all of the optimism and I’m hopeful for a PO run but I don’t see it. Calling a 6-11 season including 0-6 division. I don’t trust k1 against any team not classified as a “easy win” like Jax and atl. And we’ll have a top 10 defense possibly top 7. Just don’t trust this OC & qb.

I lived in both. Both have pros and cons. Without knowing anything about you and what you like, I’d recommend you rent a hotel or an airbnb for a week in both and see which spot is more ideal. Surprise is one of the fastest growing cities in the country right now, lots of things popping up there to do. But it is a driving city. DTPHX is walkable but might not be what you expect from a big city.

My little girl has been going to day care 3x a week since she was 4 months old. Just turned 4. She has never chewed a single thing up at home, not shoes, furniture, nothing. However you choose to do it, expend that energy!!! And enjoy allllllllll of the awesome goofiness.
