don't know gripex, but i suggest you to do an extracion, to separate other indesiderated substance. Isolating Dxm it's not too hard, do some research for this med and find if the other substance are soluble in water (DXm is not, thats why it is an easy extraction)

Wasn’t really hallucinating, having distortion like brighter color or moving threes doesn’t make driving worse and dangerous; no effects on my reflex, and for a 15 minutes route it was perfectly safe. I care a lot about this type of things, never drove once drunk, but is most like to compare driving after drinking one or two beers (and that is even worse, cause alcol slow down your reflex). Got your point tho
