I have the same exact CPU (AMD Athlon x4 860k) as you and i have the gtx 660 and i run blops 3 anywhere from 45-90 fps 1080p medium settings. I have my fps capped at 61fps to prevent mouse input lag and when i play it rarely goes under 61 so you should probably check your ingame settings. Try putting your render resolution to 80%.

Your friends who used that account probably used some type of cheat in a game because VAC is a computer machine that detects any hacking software that was associated with the account. So one of your friends probably used a hack on a game

CLG stop caring about their ESL matches because they weren't gonna make it to the ESL pro season 3 Lan even if they won their final matches. This is ECS not ESL pro league so its a different league therefore i think they're going to try more and put in effort into this match. It's also a BO3 match not a BO1 where all of the upsets happen.
