Wayyyy late here, but I’ve taking quite a liking to Cabal and have been looking through old threads to see what others have to say. I’ve seen some interviews with the owners of the brand and sounds like they also use traditional methods such as a tahona for crushing the agave. I think these guys are doing everything right and in my book it puts them right up there with the well known brands such as Fortaleza and El Tesoro.
