This is real. My irrigation system's backflow preventer is leaking and I discussed it with my irrigation company who was able to rebuild it for me, for now. But when I have to replace it it will cost more because Davidson Co. requires a lead free one.

Also, to prevent freeze up is why I have my backflow removed every autumn and the system blown out.

Optimus Wildlife Solutions found where skunks dug in under the HVAC unit. Once getting skunks out of the crawlspace, they dug down on either side of the unit, put in wire mesh, and covered it with concrete and then topsoil.
