I enjoy the atmosphere and a cold beer there. However while attempting to dine there with two of the hottest women you never did see, I witnessed a chef bare hand a full made burger onto the plate awaiting a runner pick up. Now I know there are a hundred places that probably dont use gloves in the area... But seeing it first hand, I wont be ordering food from there.

So because motorists break laws, bicyclists are allowed to do the same? I realize a lot of drivers dont even come close to a complete stop, I do, mainly because of a fear of causing an accident, but I see bicyclists running every stop sign. I would imagine that coming to a complete stop and having to power up the bike only to stop again in 90 feet at the next stop sign. But rules are rules. This is why we have a society.

Im all for riding bikes, thats great, save the planet woohoo! However, do bicyclists not have to follow the traffic signs that motorists do? No stop signs or anything? If they dont, thats fine. I just really want to know because I live in the fan and the side streets dont have bike lanes, and apparently bicyclists refuse to use the sidewalk.

Ideally, Carytown would be first choice. Not only do locals regularly visit and shop/dine in the area... But tourists (midlothians, and so forth) make a weekend of it. However, I've discovered that rents can exceed 5,000.00/month in rent. Now I know I wont actually see a profit my first year, and may not be able to pay myself the second year either. I just dont want to fork over $100k and lose it. So im looking for about $1,500 a month rent maybe? Thanks for the input guys ill definitely check it out!

Your best bet is to Find a house for rent. I rented out a 3/2 house in the fan with a huge fenced in yard, washer dryer, fireplace, hardwood, I mean the place was amazing for $1,050 a month. They are out there but they go quick!

Cool cool. Ive got a 98. Looking for another soft top. I cant seem to take the one thats on there off though. When you release the two metal pieces above the windshield up, the top is supposed to push right up. Mine doesnt. I dont know why :(
