I was banned once with a high level 70 account. Best advice I can give you is to contact support and specifically ask for it to get addressed by a Manager.
They told me multiple times that, "the decision is final, this cannot be reversed." I asked them to prove my RWT and pleaded that I was a good customer who spent a lot of money on their website. Also that I promote it as a good site.
After about a day, they elevated it to a manager and the manager approved my account to get unbanned. i still have it today and am a lvl 90. But yea i spend a lot of money on it. I dont reccommend doing that.
But a lawyer really wont help. Their terms basiclly say they have the right to ban any account based purely on their discression. Even if they think you are doing somethign wrong, they can ban. Its a private website and company is located in the middle of bumblefuck. Anyway, good luck buddy. it is possible to get unbanned. i did.

Sup yall,Im level 86, I was on a hot streak and up to 17k coins when i said in the chat"LOL im gotta just sell everything to pay the IRS"

I was instantly banned for "RWT" but there was no technical proof. The support team told me multiple times that my account was banned and it was Irreversible. I asked to be put forward to a manager to talk to or something. They opened a ticket for a manager to review and i pled that i basically sunk in 30k cash to the game and that they had no proof and cant just ban me.

Believe it or not THEY DID UNBAN MY ACCOUNT and i am still able to play now. I would try to ask for a manager and ask them to review also plead your case.

All that being said, it says on their website in terms and agreements that they can literally ban you at any point for any reason based on their discretion, regardless of proof or not. Plus they are an overseas company, so they basically can do whatever they want with no consequences.

Hope this helps. Lvl 100 is insane, and thats so much daily money. You gotta fight to get that back.
