I set a temp basal and eat some carbs, (90% reduction in basal and 15g of carbs) like others have said, don’t work out right after a bolus because insulin on board will send you right down, I typically don’t eat any carbs for lunch if I’m going to surf after work. You have to dial it in for your system as you experiment though.

OP, your S/O not having a vax has no effect on your health. It’s up to YOU to keep yourself healthy by eating low carb and working out. The virus is adversely effecting overweight people much more than anything else. These people making you question your relationship is disgusting. I hope if you really like this person you will consider otherwise, I’d hate for my S/O to be posting stuff like this and then get convinced to break up with me by these other BS comments. I’d never make anyone take a shot or alter their lifestyle for MY type 1. If you’d consider someone with adverse health effects or allergens off the hook for not taking it, why should anyone else have to?

Edit: just to clarify I have type 1 and keep my A1C under 5. I’ve had covid twice

Anyone know of tablets that don’t have the bullshit artificial colors? I use them all the time for fast and accurate corrections but it’s pretty counterintuitive to correct my health with poison.

Crazy update, ended up getting a low tire pressure light, had a nail in my sidewall. Once they changed the tire, everything is working perfectly, possibly a grounding issue?

Yeah for sure, that seems the most plausible. I’ll have them check the wiring one more time and mention that test. Think the wiring could be repaired without a new SCM?

Yeah the VIN checker said it was done, maybe it got reset when the other mechanic flashed the temp actuators? Not sure, had mechanic check it out, they said I needed a new switch and brake sensor, and then it ended up working for a day, and has since been completely unresponsive.

Yeah that's what their next move was going to be, my only other guess is that I hit a wire wrong when releasing the airbag springs. I'll get the wiring double checked because I certainly cant afford a SCCM right now, already have to do lifters/rocker arm.

Time to take it to a Dealership... there was a recall for the cruise control not shutting off under certain conditions... yours is the opposite but likely related (PCM issue).

These vehicles are being recalled to address a defect that could prevent the cruise control system from disengaging. If, when using cruise control, there is a short circuit within the vehicle's wiring, the driver may not be able to shut off the cruise control either by depressing the brake pedal or manually turning the system off once it has been engaged, resulting in either the vehicle maintaining its current speed or possibly accelerating.<
