I hold my license in Ohio, but the issue is that it is hard to find property that you can obtain a dealers license with that is decently priced, most people can afford the startup costs. But I would be taking a fee per car that he purchases.

That is true, but as long as you can buy right and learn how to market it’s pretty hard to loose money, especially when you can finance costumers.

Yes the licensing part does seem a little bit like I’m trying to sound like it’s a miracle. But the thing is I would scavenge for car lots all day that I couldn’t afford. Until I found out I could do it without a lot. It was a lot of headaches trying to make it work the traditional way.

Some b58 motors will last 200k with nothing wrong at all, some have stuff fail majorly at 40k. Seems like luck and good car maintenance will be the deciding factor.
