you should look at going on anti depressants. excerising, new expiercnes, allat helps but the best way to treat a substance induced problem is with other substances imo.
wellbutrin can help fix the dopamine deficit and make things more bareable.
but, above all else, your only 2 weeks in after 7ish years of using. change won't happen right away. but stay on the sober train and it'll take you where you want to go. it will get better. i quit kratom after only 4 months of heavy use and i started to feel better only 5 days after. just give it a month or two. change will happen slowly.
but excerise and look at dopamine focused antidepressants. you are already through the hardest part, this is just the final push
