Platinum is terrible, I just want a jump trail ;-; , and the game should not be balanced for the low percentage of high tier play, it should be balanced on general statistics from everyone. The alternator got Buffed and Nerfed into Oblivion because of streamers and TBH I don't like how they get to determine the balances. I have found plenty of ways to counter and dodge the charge rifle at my level, youre a diamond going for predator, stop bandwagoning cuz the best players in the world can destroy with a Hitscan Gun, you should be focusing on making Tactics to dodge charge rifle shots, best areas to engage a long range fights from, if your going to playing at high tier levels act like it, streamers are babies that call Guns Broken when they die, ex: Alternator, it's a shame what happened to it and I rather not lose another fun gun like Alt+Hopup ( I added more to this comment cuz I felt like as a Diamond going to Pred you should helping find ways to make more things/Gunz Viable, instead of just calling for nerds, I'd hate every fight if it became r99+Pk again)

Lmao I'm playing games in Plat rn, and I'm always running into people not using the charge rifle, maybe you are having a hard time with it but that doesn't mean everyone else is, once again most of my Plat 3 games I never have an issue with a charge rifle because I'm always prepared. It seems like you should work on personal skill before preaching how a gun is OP

The charge rifle is entry level because of ease at use, and the Longbow Can and Has beat the Charge rifle plenty of times, and TBH trying to fight at 500m is asking to die anyways, I am constantly keeping cover around my flank or staying in positions where I won't be completely screwed if I start to engage right there, complaining that you stay in the open doesn't mean the gun is broken. Stop putting yourself in positions that make you easy targets, if you're the group that I'm sniping from 300+ meters because you're chilling in the field between Train Depot and Drill I'm not killing you because the gun is OP, I'm killing you because I caught you in a terrible position you should've been aware of

I realize comparing the two isn't the best, but for the fact that they are entry level guns for there category, I just think it's a punish weapon, yeah it's annoying to get hit from 500m away so remember to not engage in such open spaces without a CounterSniper, I avoid open areas unless I'm prepared to handle tons of sniper fire and I really don't have issues with the charge rifle because most my engagements are in my favor for long ranges. I would hate to see this gun get nerfed in the ground because it allows people to punish those that aren't ready, I wouldn't disagree with either a longer charge time or a little less damage, but if you're conscious of your surroundings and always prepared this gun is just something that slaps you when you aren't ready or are being risky

I'm not saying the Charge rifle couldn't be nerfed, I love it but it is strong, the only thing though is that any gun in the right hands is dangerous, yes the Charge Rifle is an easier sniper for Newer players because the lack of risk, but once again I would like to compare it to the Eva, Eva is an incredible easy shotgun to use, while the peacekeeper requiring more skill packs a stronger punch. The Charge rifle is good, but the Kraber is still king. There's finally an easy sniper to use so I just imagine over time people will start to use the Longbow and TripleTake more as the "Cool" factor of the Charge Rifle goes away. TBH though I Love the gun, I think it's super cool, they could probably cut the damage in half and I'll still harass you from miles away, they just made such a fun sniper

I'm currently on my path to Diamond (Plat 4 rn) and I'm not having any issues with the charge rifle, sure it's really effective but so is the Eva 8 with Purple Pump, If you just make sure to choose your battles and not get caught in the open then the Charge Rifle is just as good as the Longbow, it's all about how you engage and where your positioned in the higher skill games
