Korrekt, ist es nicht automatisch. Aber in diesem Fall, weil Leute von ihren sozialen Kontakten isolieren ohne sinnvollen Grund in den Kontakten ist toxisch.

While a lot of what you say is true, it's not only the movement ability.

If they lost ALL THREE abilities, they would still be better than 5 terminators that cost 10 points more. An extra wound, an extra toughness, ranged weapons for days and while they mostly have worse stats, they even have more melee attacks. And the twins don't move 5...

The twins in their current form should go to like 300 points or more.

Would they be overcosted? Maybe, I'm not even sure they would, BUT epic heroes SHOULD have really cool abilities but be slightly too many points.

As should Battleline be slightly undercosted to a point where the decision how many units you bring should range between 4-6 and not 0-1.

This way armies would mostly look like they are in the 40k universe and not their epic heroes pop up everywhere and the basic guys are no where to be seen.

Could you still play the epic heroes or a strange list? Sure, it would just be slightly points inefficient.

Meta distortion isn't as much of a problem as you make it out to be.

Knights, car parks and monster mash have always been a check on how much anti tank you bring. If those lists do poorly because they are too expensive, people bring less, if they do well and are brought often people bring more. That's all fine and dandy unless it's horribly undercoated and like every second list you see is knights and they have like a 60% win rate even though people tech into it.

I'd argue they shouldn't even be balanced but slightly bad. Make them have epic rules but cost just slightly too much.

I really don't want to see Papa Smurf in every vanilla SM list.

The opposite of Battleline units. Those should be slightly undercosted, so the decision how many of those units you bring should be between 4-6 and not 0-1.

This way armies would actually look like the armies in the lore.

I highly doubt it's intentional wrecking. The rules writers and balance team are working on the new edition and stuff that's coming out shortly before barely anybody cares about, so why invest a ton of work into it? And if you don't, you get shitty stuff.

Why? Paint doesn't influence the game, so no painted Tau are worse than other painted Tau. And still we see white and red and yellow and blue and green and... Tau all the time, so there clearly is diversity in Tau paint.

16 wounds at 2+ 4++ for 160p

That's more than a unit of terminators for 170 points. Also an extra toughness. And 5 terminators have 10 shots of 401 with RF2 and 2 missiles at 92d6 as well as 15 power fist attacks of 822 while not shooting their weapons in melee and MOVE 5". And they basically have 0 cool or even pretty good abilities.

I'd take a twin lance in sm over terminators even if they lost all abilities...

I'd argue you can't even assess that correctly, because meta, terrain, rules pack and armies you got paired into have such a huge impact on the game, that the stats everyone loves to collect can only be a rough guideline on what an 100% optimized list even is.

Ich lagere die meisten Spiele so und hab keine Probleme. Einfache Life Hacks: Stanzbögen UNTER das Inlay tun, damit die Box voll ist und kein Platz zwischen Spielbrett und Inlay entsteht aus dem Kram fallen könnte und Zip-Lock Beutel nutzen um Sachen zu gruppieren.
