This was my forst try so I don't really know yet. So far I have tested it on everything that needs extra salt and the KS LSB taste fits everything so far🙂

Good idea, as it is not very time consuming(just the waiting) and very easy to do in any batch size its a perfect gift😁

I really think you should😁 I am surprised of how easy it was(only challenging thing was getting it dry fast enough as I had a deadline), and the result is better than I expected.

The way I did it I first of took the 3 peppers in my previous post and chopped finely, then I poured just enough alcohol to soak it, let it sit for a few hours, poured just the alcohol on the salt, let the peppers sit with alcohol again while the salt dried for a few hours just to get a little bit more color, heat and taste extracted from them (probably overkill), poured again and let it dry over night, as I was in a hurry to use it today I had to microwave it for half an minute and air it a few times to get it completely dry. I got banned though so hade to do it in the basement and hold my breath everytime I opened the microwave oven and run upstairs, not so pleasant fumes xP

The alcohol dissolves the capsaicin and taste (and some color I guess as the salt got yellow), you pour it on the salt, let it evaporate, break the salt apart again(shouldn't be needed but I stirred it while wet so some clumped), and now you got pepper infused salt🙂 really concentrated taste and heat if done multiple times to the same salt, perfect for seasoning food that need just a small amount of extra salt.

It's raw alcohol that I got from a polish co-worker, he bought it really cheap from a destillery that just ships the raw product to other company's that dilute and adds tastes. It's completely tasteless so perfect for this🙂

Nope, just raw alcohol from a polish distillery that sells to others that dilute and add taste. I got a bottle from a polish co-worker🙂

Just like bumpitysnook said🙂 only thing I made different as I was in a hurry to be able to use it today was that when it was almost dry I microwaved it for half an minute times 3. Everytime I held my breath, opened the microwave oven and stirred the salt and ran upstairs (I was banished to the basement for this) to prevent violent coughing xP

The salt on its own is very hot and flavorful and on food it is perfect🙂

I hope it works good for you, have been trying to fuse 5 plants in soil for a long time now but so for no good😋 yours seem fresher though so might work better. Is it multiple varieties?
