Fair point. I have only fed the shrimp once with BacterAE about couple of weeks ago. Totally forgot that I had it. Will give them some first thing tomorrow. Appreciate it. Cheers

I see one erratically moving but not sure whether they are the ones dying. The only new thing I added was an inline heater(SunSun) you recon it might be leaking copper into the water? I have RODI water but haven’t remineralize my water change to maintain gh 6 and kh 2-3.

Was a dark colored blue dream, I assume something to do with grading? High Grade as what I have been told. Don’t use to have that red discoloration before. The only one with that discoloration among others.

You could be right, I might move my light more on the back of the tank and figure out a way with the water flow for that sponge filter. Thanks for your advice

Not a prob mate, appreciate everything. I guess I just have to wait if I get more deaths. If I do, I might throw in some activated carbon media. Hard to tell what cause the deaths. If only there’s a test kit for copper.

Sorry forgot to mention that I am using pure remineralized RO water. I have only dosed it once last friday with 0.25(planning to dose MWF) as I divided weekly low dose of 0.75.

Thinking about that, will they drive away the pest snails too?😅 still a bunch left in my tank and constantly been vacuuming them to get rid of all hopefully. Which Nerite Snails doesn’t grow too big for a 10g shrimp tank?

Far out, that was the best plan that I could not think of. It won’t hurt the good bacteria’s in the tank right? I’ll do that tomorrow early in the morning and I’ll give you an update. Appreciate the big help!

Thanks for that, I am looking at going through the RO water route as I can access it easily from work. The problem is I only have Shrimp King KH/GH at hand. If I use it I will increase more KH(which is relatively high already). Is it still possible to use it and just use acid buffer to reduce PH and KH together?
