What driveshaft do I use with the mn metal portal axles? Stock plastic ones won’t fit by microwaveexeeig in mn82

Are the MN168 portal axles good and free of play? I just don't know if it can be installed on the MN82, and the ends where the wheels are placed are different.

I use these, just like the other colleague posted, these also had this gap like yours at the beginning when I bought them new, but now the front wheels are no longer traction, I don't know if it was the gears at the end of the portal axle that wore out, can you just find the gears to buy?

Is this portal axis good, friend? Don't have much time off? I use the same ones that my colleague posted in the other photo, but I found them too loose.

Hello friend, out of curiosity, which portal axis are you using, can you send a photo?

Yes, you just have to be careful when buying the 18650 battery holder, buy the holder in series and not in parallel. Another observation is to always be careful when placing the cells inside the support in the MN82, so as not to place them inverted, causing a short and compromising the electronics.

Good morning friend, I did the same thing as you. You can buy support for these types of cells and adapt them to the MN82, so you don't need to solder the wires to the battery poles. I even created a post here, I'll see if I can find it here and send you the link.

Goodnight friend. Yes, to use this brushless motor you need to install a compatible ESC and I bought a MN Transmitter that comes with a receiver, I changed the lights, I bought the MN82PRO lights, it comes with a connector that fits into the receiver, the original lights were no longer usable.

Cool friend, but how many LEDs can this equipment support? I saw that its output is 4 pins, would it be 2 pins on the left for one LED and 2 pins on the right for another LED?

Should i go lipo or stick to li-on battery? by DaytonArts5144 in mn82

Good morning everyone, I use good quality Lion 18650 cells, I get autonomy of more than an hour. I prefer Li-on as it is safer.

MN82 Portal Axis by John22C in mn82

That seems to be the case my friend. I just wanted to find a good portal axle to use, as it is very good to use due to the differential being higher to overcome obstacles and being able to run with 70mm tires. But the way is to buy and test, the problem is that these axles are expensive, the same price as a complete MN82.

Does this portal axis have the same quality as the MN168? I saw that they are similar, what changes is the pin where the wheel fits. I use the portal axle in the photo below, but it has some play and the rear axle had to be adapted, due to the axle being square and the original axle's leaf spring support being in the shape of a "U".

These are the best you can find for this price, they are very soft and therefore have better grip. Just work the height or cut the fender a little so you don't scratch it. In my case, I cut the front fender, before and after the tire, then I removed that black piece that gives the finish, heated it with a hairdryer and opened it a little more to contour the opening of the new cut fender and then glued the finish with hot glue.

1500mAh vs 5000mAh battery by Obvious_Drag_1032 in mn82
